Domania.com, a CMGI @Ventures-funded company, hired Partners and Simons, Boston, to develop online ads and Hook Media, Boston, to handle media buying. Domania.com, an upgraded version of Homepricecheck.com, will launch officially within three weeks. The site has not chosen an offline advertising agency, but Partners is believed to be in the running, sources said. The Cambridge, Mass., offers a national database of home prices, property tax assessments, mortgage rates and demographic information.
