Blaxxun Interactive Inc., a 3D software company in which CMGI Inc. of Andover owns a 48 percent stake, has filed for an initial public offering in its native Germany. Blaxxun, with headquarters in Munich and San Francisco, makes "virtual worlds" software that enables users to create three-dimensional Web sites and chat rooms. Blaxxun hopes to raise up to $100 million in the stock sale. Meanwhile, CMGI's venture capital arm, CMGI@Ventures, yesterday launched Domania.com, a Web site that provides free access to public real estate information. The service enables home buyers and sellers to find out prices of comparable properties and to get information on property taxes.
