Go to Domania.com (www. domania.com). Formerly called Home Price Check, Domania.com allows a visitor to type in an address and find recent sales for that house and others in the neighborhood.

As a way for you to access information previously guarded by real estate agents, Domania.com is far from perfect. It doesn't include the last few months of sales, and may not recognize certain addresses. But in some cases, it can be an invaluable tool, especially for home sellers who want to price their home right or for home buyers who don't want to overpay.
