Domania launches today

(REAL Trends - Denver/Dallas) Domania.com, a CMGI @Ventures investment formerly known as INPHO/HomePriceCheck, launches today, putting American home buyers, sellers and owners in control of their single largest assets--their homes.

Domania.com is designed to save consumers time and money by providing vital tools and information to all types of home transactors, whether they be first-time homebuyers or those buying their second or third homes.

As an independent site, Domania.com is a resource guide for homeowners, buyers and sellers. The site offers a new release of three Internet tools: Home Price Check (a tool that provides records of actual home sales prices), Value Check (a tool that estimates home values based on historic trends), and Property Tax Tools (providing property tax estimates, rates and more). Additionally, Domania.com boasts its own columnist--The Domaniac--who promises to bring a sense of humor to the real estate process.
