Bored with those corny holiday greeting cards on the Web? Domania.com (Domania.com) has an e-greeting that appeals to the real-estate voyeur in everyone -- it contains a link to the site's "home-price check" feature that lets you look up recent sales in your neighborhood. Wondering exactly how much the neighbors paid for their house? Enter the street and ZIP code (or just city and state), and you'll get a list of publicly disclosed sales in the area. The price check doesn't work for states where such information isn't public, and a handful of others simply aren't covered yet. Still, the site's coverage is extensive -- there are about 21 million listings, and 90% of U.S. metropolitan areas are included, says a Domania.com spokeswoman.
