Becomes only woman to lead major online real estate play.

BOSTON, November 9, 2000 - Elevating her to the role of day-to-day leader, domania.com today said that Ellen Bossert had been named President of the online real estate research portal and business solutions provider. Bossert assumes the role from co-founder Steven Kropper, who subsequently assumes the new title of Chief Executive Officer.

Bossert, who had served as Chief Marketing Officer since joining domania.com in December 1999, will lead all of domania.com's operational units - business development, engineering, administration, content development and brand communications. Kropper, the company's resident real estate visionary, will focus his efforts on domania's work in capital markets and for the broad next-staging of domania's relationships within the real estate and financial services industry nationwide. Chief Operating Officer Francine Rivkin takes specific responsibility for the development and evolution of domania.com as a consumer and vertical destination.

Bossert also becomes an inside director of domania.com, joining Kropper and Rivkin, as well as outside directors, Guy Bradley, general partner, CMGI @Ventures, and Douglas Rossbach, senior vice p resident, Radian Guaranty.

Before joining domania.com, she was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MIT Media Lab spinoff Presto Technologies. Bossert also has held executive management positions in sales and marketing with Hasbro and Converse. Bossert received an undergraduate degree from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
