domania.com Elects Douglas S. Rossbach to Board of Directors
BOSTON, April 18, 2000 - Domania.com, a leading infomediary
in online real estate services, today announced the election of Douglas S. Rossbach
to its Board of Directors. Rossbach is a recognized leader in e-commerce strategies
for retail financial services concerns.
Mr. Rossbach joins Domania President Steven Kropper, Domania
Chief Operating Officer Francine V. Rivkin, and Guy Bradley, General Partner,
CMGI @Ventures, as the fourth board member.

Mr. Rossbach currently is Senior Vice President, Electronic
Commerce, for Radian Guaranty Inc., a unit of Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN), which
provides private mortgage insurance to more than 3,500 lenders nationwide.
He specifically is responsible for the development and implementation of Radian's
Internet and e-commerce strategies.
Prior to joining Radian this year, and since 1989, Rossbach
was a senior executive with Norwest Mortgage, among the nation's largest retail
lenders. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President, Internet Strategy and
Development, overseeing the development and execution of Norwest's retail
e-commerce strategy. He also oversaw strategic alliances with major portals
and development companies, as well as Wells Fargo Online Financial Services.
Prior to joining Norwest, Rossbach was a management consultant with McKinsey and
Company in Atlanta, Georgia, from 1986 to 1989, leading a practice for a
wide-range financial service clients in the U.S. and Australia. Rossbach
received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia and
earned his MBA from New York University. He resides in New Jersey with his
wife and three children.
